This turned out to be a very niche problem only affecting a few VMs which had re-used some ip addresses which had some stale data associated with them.
This data has now been cleaned up and everything should be working ok.

After some testing, this appears to only be affecting a very small number of existing servers, and creation/imaging of new servers is operating as expected.
We will resume investigating this fully in the morning, but if you are experiencing any issues, please do get in touch.

We've been alerted to a potential problem with customers imaging new Cloud Servers.
This only seems to be affecting a small subset of users at present, but we will post updates here as soon as we know more.
