At around 4.25pm this afternoon we were implementing a new transit session and identified a configuration issue with an edge access-list that caused some of our customer's network traffic to be dropped (depending on the route taken to enter the network). This issue lasted for around 5 minutes.
We believe we've resolved this issue and are monitoring the situation.
