Thanks for your patience! Services are back to normal.
It turns out that a dhcp server in one of several small routers had failed. Customer services were not affected by this issue, but we apologise if you had difficulty getting through on the phone.

We hope to resolve this today. In the mean time, one of our team members is able to pick up calls from home, so we do have phone cover, but today we'd be grateful if you would be able to keep it to urgent issues only.

We are currently investigating issues with our office network. The Data Centre remains unaffected. This has also impacted our phone systems. We are really sorry about any inconvenience while we look to restore full service. Our Network team are aware and are establishing the cause of the issue.
