Thanks for your patience with this - services should be back to normal now.

The Leeds to Manchester link flapped, and traffic re-routed around - but when it did that some of the MPLS Labels between York and Manchester didn't function as expected.

The link between Leeds and Manchester has flapped a few times now, so we're going to re-route traffic away from it now, in case it flaps again.

If you've got any residual problems or have any questions, please do get in touch.

This should be resolved for customers now, we'll continue to monitor.

We had a few link flaps between Manchester and Leeds, and traffic ended up rerouting (or attempting to) around it. Unfortunately some of the MPLS Labels on one of the routers in the alternative path did not update correctly causing some traffic to be blackholed rather than routing correctly.

We've fixed the label-programming issue and traffic has returned to expected levels between Manchester and York.
