We can confirm that on-site engineers have now regained access to the affected tail and we are currently migrating all affected disks from the tail to another part of the infrastructure.
We believe we've resolved the problem and are monitoring the situation.

We've been alerted to a potential problem with part of our Cloud Server platform with Tail 67
It could be that a number of customers could be impacted if your server is on that part of the infrastructure. An engineer has been dispatched to site to investigate further.
We're still investigating the impact and who might be affected, but will post updates here as soon as we know more.
