Thanks for your patience! Services are back to normal.
We identified a issue with one of the switches that provides the network services for our cloud server platform. We were able to restore service by failing over to an alternative device and restarting the problematic switch. Since the reload we have moved services back and verified that the switch is working correctly and services are restored.

We've been alerted to a potential issue with network connectivity to/from cloud servers in our York data centre, at approximately 11:47 GMT this morning.
Sorry about this! We're investigating and working to restore full service as soon as possible. We'll post updates here.
