We believe that all the affected virtual machines have now restarted.

We've been alerted to a Bytemark Cloud head failure

You might be affected if you have a Bytemark Cloud server which was running on head23

We don't think this problem should affect anyone using servers running on other hosts, or any dedicated server.

Sorry about this! We're investigating and working to restore full service as soon as possible. We'll post updates here.
