Customers with urgent requirements to access their servers can access them directly by IP Address, if you do not know the IP Address of your servers please get in touch: support@bytemark.co.uk

We are currently working with our Domain registrar to address and resolve the issues faced with DNS resolution failure for customers on our BigV platform.
