Thanks for your patience! Migrations have completed and I/O Speeds should be back to normal.

If you've got any residual problems or have any questions, please do get in touch.

We are continuing to migrate affected disks to another tail, unfortunately due to the I/O issues this is taking longer than usual.

One of our BigV SATA tails in the Manchester zone is currently experiencing increased I/O wait. Affected Cloud Servers with disks on the tail will suffer reduced I/O speeds.

We believe this to be an issue with the tail and have begun migrating the affected disks to another tail, due to the issue these migrations are taking longer than usual.

We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates when possible.
