The tail is now back in service, we are monitoring for further issues but all services should now be operational.

We are still working on restoring the tail to service, we apologise for the delay in bringing services back.

The majority of services have now been restored however we are experiencing issues bringing one of the BigV tails back online which is causing a number of VMs to be stuck in an unusable state.

We are currently working with on-site staff to restore the tail to service.

We have been alerted to a power failure in our Manchester DC affecting some of our systems, including Manchester based BigV VMs.

Power has now been restored to the affected systems and we are in the process of bringing services back online.

We've been alerted to a potential problem with connectivity at our Manchester datacentre affecting some of our customers.

We're still investigating the impact and who might be affected, but will post updates here as soon as we know more.
