We can confirm that the phone service is now fully restored. We are going to monitor this for the next 24 hours to ensure that everything is working as expected.
Once we are confident full service has resumed we will update this status post immediately.

We have established the cause of the issue and are continuing to work hard in resolving this. We have a temporary solution in place but for full resolution we can confirm that this issue will be resolved tomorrow.

We have identified the issue with the phone system and are currently working on a resolution in order to get the phone systems working again.

This means that we are currently unable to receive calls effectively.
