We can confirm that the recent issue on our Manchester BigV platform was due to a failed RAID array within our cloud infrastructure.
We believe this issue has now been resolved, but our investigation is still ongoing. We will provide a full RCA report as soon as we can.
In the meantime, if you do experience any issues on your Manchester BigV server, please get in touch with our Support Team immediately.

We've been alerted to issues with our Manchester BigV platform where some customers are unable to start/restart and stop their virtual machines.
Our engineers are still currently investigating these issues as a priority, once we have more details we will update this status post.
We're still investigating the impact and who might be affected, but will post updates here as soon as we know more.
