Affected customers should be seeing their VMs back online, however, work is continuing to address the underlying issue. Further updates will be posted once they are available.

We have identified the root cause of the outage affecting some customers within our BigV York zone; work is underway to fix the affected area of the system involved.
Once further details become known, we can move this to a 'Monitoring' status.
