A power issue has been identified and remedial work has been carried out to resolve this. We are still working on restoring services for those affected, please bear with us, your patience is appreciated and we apologise for the inconvenience this is causing.

We have DC engineer on route to site to investigate further.
Any managed customers who are affected have been notified via Support Ticket. Further updates will be posted as they become available.

We've been alerted to a potential problem with some of our BigV customers hosted on Tail56.
We're still investigating the impact and who might be affected, but will post updates here as soon as we know more.
