We have addressed the affected part of the BigV service that prevented some customers from accessing or managing their Virtual Machines. If you believe you are still having further issues please let us know either by your existing support ticket or by raising one to support@bytemark.co.uk.

An Engineer is traveling to our York facility to investigate further. Once more is known we will post further updates.

We are aware of an issue affecting some customers in York on our BigV Platform. Our Engineers are investigating and mobilising at the moment to ensure we can quickly address and resume service to those affected.
