Services should be returning to normal now.
The upload.ns.bytemark.co.uk server which is used for uploading DNS data to our ShareDNS service had exhausted all of its available disk space.
This was a sudden event that we received no warnings for. A full investigation will take place where we will identify what caused this and what we can do to mitigate similar problems in the future. The disk space has now been more than doubled.
Customers that were affected by this issue may need to re-upload their DNS data using the upload script. Hosts running Symbiosis will do this automatically within the next hour.

We are currently experiencing an issue with our DNS servers. Certain domains using the Bytemark DNS servers are not currently being resolved.
We have identified the problem and are working to fix it.
