We'll be doing some maintenance on the database behind our Support Ticket system on the evening of Wednesday 11th November. This will mean that ticket processing will be suspended for a couple of hours during the evening.
Any tickets received during the outage will be queued and processed once the database returns to service.
We'll keep an eye out for any alerts or incoming urgent tickets - so this shouldn't have any noticeable effect on support in general, however if you have an urgent issue during this time window - please try and give us a call, as it might take slightly longer for us to notice an incoming email.
