I've got to the bottom of the problem and got the brain back online. I'm just working to sort out a problem with a hand full of VM's.

This is an abnormal operational problem, and our operational staff are not able to address it - the service is not coming back up when we restart it! We're working with the development team to track down a bug.

I will update when we know more.

BigV brain is down. We're working to bring it back up now.

Until resolved, any BigV VM modification from the panel (including shutdowns/startups) will not work. VMs themselves will continue working normally.
