The work was completed successfully and inbound calls are completing normally.
My apologies to all of the customers that might have been affected by this, or the unplanned interruption this morning.

Further to the outage of our telephone lines this morning, we need to perform some remedial maintenance to hopefully prevent this happening again in the near future.
This will involve around 10 seconds where calls will not be routed through to us. Our answering service will of course still be available in case any calls come through during this period.
