It took a little longer than expected, but we finished repatching everything a few minutes ago.

Everything seems to have gone to plan and there have been no issues reported

We've reintroduced a large chunk of the data centre's traffic to the switch with no ongoing concerns, and zero disruption that we've measured. At this point we're just re-introducing switches and when they're patched in.

The switch in York has now been physically relocated, so we're going to begin reintroducing it into the network. This should not be any cause for concern, but we'll be watching carefully nevertheless.

(This was resolved prematurely - we're not sure why)

The switch is now down, and is in the process of being physically moved to its new home. This will involve a lot of re-patching, and some reconfiguration of ports.

We'll update as we go along.

Between 10am and 6pm UTC we will reconfiguring and relocating one of the core switches in York.

During this period there will be reduced resiliency but no service interruptions are expected.

Further updates will be added here as maintenance progresses
