Power-cycling the access switch seems to have resolved it. This is an unusual failure, and one which we'll be following up.

We're still investigating this issue both on-site & off, which doesn't appear to be power-related.

Connectivity to rack 15 in the York data centre has been lost, it looks like a power problem.

An engineer is en-route to the DC now to investigate.
