An issue with Brain <-> Database communications has been identified and corrected.

Services are now operating normally.

We are currently experiencing an issue with the BigV brain. Investigations are currently ongoing as to the cause of the problem.

Symptoms will include problems accessing the BigV control panel, starting/stopping VMs and creating new VMs. Existing VMs will be unaffected by this problem.

We will update this status as soon as we have more details.
