Similar to the recent issue a few days ago (https://status.bytemark.org/issues/200), shortly before 12:00, we noted a problem with the Bytemark Panel at http://panel.bytemark.co.uk, related to changing server specifications (adding or removing disks, memory, etc) and starting/stopping Cloud Servers.

During this time, the Cloud Servers themselves continues to operate normally, however they would not have been able to be changed during this time.

A restart of the 'brain' server which controls these changes resolved the problem a few minutes later.

We also managed to capture detailed diagnostic log information when this happened, which is being analysed for a full resolution now.

If you continue to have any issues, please contact support via any of the methods at https://www.bytemark.co.uk/help/
