This issue should now be resolved - we managed to identify a network problem, which has been resolved, and users should be able to log into the panel again and access their Cloud Servers.
We will of course be looking into the cause of this outage in detail.

At present, we're experiencing an issue with users accessing all Cloud Servers via the bytemark panel at https://panel.bytemark.co.uk.
This will result in either logins taking a long time to complete, sometimes followed by a "Oops, something went wrong" message, a "We could not fetch your list of cloud servers..." message, or "Cloud servers [Account name: <name>] are available on this account, however [<name>] has no access privileges." message.
This is affecting all users, and is related to https://status.bytemark.org/issues/226, however It's important to note that Cloud Servers in our York Data centre are operating normally at the moment, although they will not be controllable.
